Údarás na Gaeltachta welcomes investment announced in seafood processing sector
€8.65m to be invested in Gaeltacht companies generating 53 new jobs
Údarás na Gaeltachta welcomes the announcement by Simon Coveney, T.D., Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, last Friday that €15.3 million is to be invested under the Seafood Processing Business Investment Scheme which will generate 142 new jobs before 2015.
We are pleased to confirm that €8.65 million of this will be invested in Gaeltacht companies involved in the seafood processing sector which will lead to the creation of 53 new jobs in the Gaeltacht before 2015.
The scheme is administered by Údarás na Gaeltachta in conjunction with BIM.
