Bard na nGleann Teoranta, trading as Bárd, is creating two new graduate roles at its base in Ballingeary, with support from Údarás na Gaeltachta through the GradStart programme.
Founded in the Gaeltacht in 1999, Bárd is an international knowledge management and documentation consultancy that makes complex technical information clearer, more useful and easier to act on. Its team supports global clients across technical writing, user experience, digital transformation and AI-era content strategy.
The new positions are a Partnerships Associate, working through Irish to develop Litríocht.com’s offering and partnerships, and a Growth & Enablement Associate, supporting planning, processes and new services as Bárd grows internationally.
The appointments will strengthen Bárd’s ability to develop talent in the Gaeltacht, sustain high-value employment in West Cork and deliver Ireland-based expertise to global markets.
“The tools of technical communication are evolving, but the core need remains the same: accurate, clear and trusted knowledge. These roles will help us develop new talent, strengthen our Gaeltacht roots and deliver higher-value services for clients around the world.” said William Fitzgerald, Bard na nGleann
Máirtín Breathnach, Enterprise and Innovation Executive, Údarás na Gaeltachta, said:
“Bard na nGleann is an example of the exceptional innovation found in Gaeltacht companies. We are proud to support an organisation rooted in Ballingeary with an international reach. This investment will strengthen the local economy, support the Irish language and demonstrate that Gaeltacht regions can attract and retain top-quality talent.”
