All About Kombucha is the passion project of Emmett Kerrigan and Keith Loftus. They brew fresh fermented sparkling tea from wholesome organic ingredients, the perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle. This adventure came about after emigrating to Vancouver after earning business degrees at NUI Galway, where they formed their very first business, a landscape construction company. Whilst out on a lunch break after a tough mornings build, they stumbled upon kombucha in a local health food store. They had found their favourite brew and when their returned to Ireland they decided to create their own. The original goal was just to make batches for themselves but then friends and family started putting in orders so they decided it might be time for business number two. They drew from their experiences across the Atlantic and knew instantly what direction they wanted to take.
