The current economic downturn creates numerous challenges for businesses and in order to survive companies must undertake effective strategic planning and focus on the basic fundamental principals of what business is all about. Good strategic planning can protect a business and place it in a position to weather the downturn and survive or even emerge in a stronger position.
To this end, Údarás na Gaeltachta is running a series of information seminars entitled “Trading Through Difficult Times” The subject areas that will be covered by a panel of experts include cashflow management, sustaining and increasing sales, dealing with debt and managing change.
