New Manager Appointed for gteic Baile na Sceilg

We are pleased to announce that Caitlín Breathnach has been appointed as manager of the new digital hub, gteic@Baile na Sceilg, which is due to open soon.

Caitlín has extensive experience in community development, having spent over twenty-five years working in this sector. She is a graduate of University College Cork, where she obtained a degree in Commerce, and she also holds an MA in Local Government Management from the Institute of Public Administration / Dublin City University.

Additionally, she has significant experience with Údarás na Gaeltachta, which greatly enhances her understanding of the needs and opportunities of Gaeltacht areas.

With her strong background in business, her experience with Údarás na Gaeltachta, and her commitment to regional development, Caitlín is well-positioned to lead and develop this new center. She will work closely with local businesses and stakeholders to ensure that gteic Baile na Sceilg becomes a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship for the area.

Welcoming the appointment, the CEO of Údarás na Gaeltachta, Tomás Ó Síocháin, said:
