Today the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Éamon Ó Cuív, T.D., turned the first sod on the site of a new business development centre at Carna, Conamara.
Údarás na Gaeltachta are investing in excess of €1.7 million in this new project which is to be constructed on the Údarás Industrial Estate in Carna. The business centre will consist of high quality enterprise and office space, meeting rooms and other ancillary services.
Údarás na Gaeltachta are confident that Ionad Forbartha Gnó Charna will boost enterprise and employment in the area and will have a positive impact on the a local economy.
