Dingle Cookery School was set up in 2014 by Mark Murphy, a Fáilte Ireland Food Champion for Ireland and Culinary Arts Teacher in Tralee IT, and Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh who has strong background in the hospitality sector and over the past 20 years has managed top rated hotels all over the country with extensive event management experience, a member of the Dingle Food Festival Committee also. The school offers a vast variety of activities from Sunday Brunch to Fermentation, from Sensational Seafood to Sourdough Bread Making and many other unique culinary experiences.
