Sean and Kieran Murphy started Murphy's Ice Cream in Daingean Uí Chúis, Co. Kerry in 2000, with the goal of making the best ice cream in the world. They now have bigger pots and pans, but still make ice cream the same way - breaking eggs and using fresh cream, milk and pure cane sugar to make a delicious custard that they flavour with fresh, natural, real ingredients.
