Joe McGill, a part time News Journalist and News reader with Radio Kerry, founded McGill’s Brewery which is located in the Gaeltacht region of An Mhuiríoch, An Coireán, in Uíbh Ráthach in South Kerry. Joe had been home brewing for years and was also educated in the process of starting your own brewery by renowned German brewing company Spiedal. McGill’s Brewery is the first microbrewery on the Uíbh Ráthach Peninsula.
