Dingle Sushi was established in 2014 by Magdalena and Marcin Kopec. The company provides Japanese cuisine with a European twist to its customers. All its products are handmade, with local ingredients where possible. In 2016, with the help of Údarás na Gaeltachta, the company moved to a professional production unit. Since then, their customer base has grown steadily to include the whole of Co. Kerry.
