Digi2Market is an EU project, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Northern Periphery & Arctic (NPA) Programme 2014-2020. The project runs from November 2018 to June 2021. The project is made up of 6 partners across Republic of Ireland (Údarás na Gaeltachta & WestBIC, Northern Ireland (ICBAN & Ulster University) Iceland (Karelia University) and Finland (SSNV).
The project aims to develop immersive technologies for 50 SME’s across the partnership to allow them to enhance their marketing and sales beyond their regions. It will also create a Digital City which will be a virtual B2B platform to allow companies create a virtual network across the varying partner’s regions. Within this Digital City it will also provide SME’s with a Digital Marketing toolkit which they can use to develop their marketing strategy as well as a green framework to help businesses move towards sustainable practises/ certifications.
