This Office/Craftwork space is located in Tír an Fhia, Leitir Móir in Ceantar na nOileán. Ceantar na nOileán is made up of a group of islands. An area steeped in a tradition of sean-nós dancing and singing. It also an area with strong links to the sea and home to many Galway Hookers, the traditional sailing boats of Galway. There are plenty of facilities in the area, schools, shops, churches, community centres, pubs and cafés. Don’t waste time sitting in traffic or worrying about parking fees, live instead in this lovely peaceful area.

This office/ craftwork space is located on Tír an Fhia industrial estate. The café, An Chlúid is close by on the estate and there’s a Post Office and two grocery shops two kilometres from the site

Air services are available from three airports: Knock Airport 124km and Shannon Airport

Two Bus Éireann services go to Galway daily

The following third level institutes serve the area: The National University of Ireland, Galway and Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.

Detailed Description

The office/ craftworks space has one open plan floor, a meeting room, toilets and a kitchen. The current electrical supply is 15kVAK with plug in lights. Oil is the heating system in place. Commercial and water rates are payable to the Galway County Council and Water Ireland.
