gteic@An Cheathrú Rua is located in An Crompán, An Cheathrú Rua in the Galway Gaeltacht in the west of Ireland. gteic @An Cheathrú Rua is one of a network of state of the art digital and innovation hubs, Gréasán Digiteach na Gaeltachta (Gaeltacht Digital Network) located throughout Ireland’s unique Gaeltacht areas where culture drives creativity and innovation. gteic@An Cheathrú Rua is part of a network of digital hubs being developed by Údarás na Gaeltachta throughout the Gaeltacht. The gteic in An Cheathrú Rua was officially opened on the Industrial and Business Estate in An Cheathrú Rua in June 2018 and is progressing well. A mix of hot desks, shared workspaces and private offices are available there at a competitive price. Comharchumann Mhic Dara Teo is managing gteic@An Cheathrú Rua on behalf of Údarás na Gaeltachta. There are seven offices and fourteen desks in the unit and can accommodate about 30 people. The hub is doing well and the cooperative is interested in developing additional space for future initiatives.
