Preserving the traditional craft of hand weaving remains at the heart of Studio Donegal. Established in 1979, as part of the now defunct Connemara fabrics, and originally managed by Kevin Donaghy, who later took it over as a private enterprise. It still remains in the Donaghy family, with Kevin’s son Tristan now owning and managing the operation.
