Colm & Nickie Healy have been running Skelligs Chocolate since 2004 having lived in Asia and Australia for several years prior to that. Colm brings a passion for food and customer service, and along his wife Nickie and a wonderful team, are fortunate to enjoy working in this Irish family owned business overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage site of Skellig Michael based in the Uíbh Ráthach Gaeltacht.
