Dingle Distillery was founded by three independent spirits, Liam LaHart, Oliver Hughes and Peter Mosley in the winter of 2012. The first Dingle Whiskey Casks were filled on December 18th 2012. Three years and a day later on December 19th 2015, one cask was released. While waiting for their whiskey to mature, they created the award-winning Dingle Vodka and Dingle Gin. Dingle Gin was voted World’s Best Gin at the World Gin Awards 2019. Graham Coull commended the role of Master Distiller at Dingle Distillery in October 2019.
